Sonja Vasiljeva is a Slovenian-American graphic designer and illustrator in the Bay Area. She attended the Academy of Art University, Edinburgh Napier University, and San Jose State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Art, Magna Cum Laude, in graphic design.

Sonja has worked in multiple fields and mediums during her entrance to the graphic design world in the past 4 years. Working for companies such as Study Breaks, Motivf, and Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Each taught her different skills, in particular how to work in a fast-paced environment and smoothly integrate herself into the given teams and style guides.

In her free time, she enjoys illustrating, playing water polo, and visiting American National Parks. For her children’s book writing and illustrations, she received the Young Authors Award in 2018 from Fremont Unified School District.
